Assessments
Our coaches are certified facilitators of Everything DiSC Workplace, a personalized learning experience for individuals and groups designed to build healthy, productive work relationships. This assessment and experience can be used before, during, and/or after a coaching engagement for individuals, teams, or an entire organization per request. What does this involve?
- highly personalized coaching sessions centered around a tailor-made plan
- an in-depth evaluation of your team's vision, purpose, values, goals, and definition of success
- an assessment of your individual and collaborative strengths, areas of growth, interests, deficits in thinking, and skills
- an action plan designed with specific steps for you to take in service to your goals and bigger vision of success
- customized commitments, or "homework" (action steps you commit to in between our sessions that will help you push the needle forward)

A nonpartisan policy institute, whose focus lies on economic equality and racial equity, had experienced some turnover in recent years. They wanted to work on building communication pathways and relationships within the workplace, so they took the Everything DiSC Workplace assessment and participated in a group workshop. From here, they spent time examining their own communicative behaviors as well as that of their colleagues. With this assessment, they began looking at specific ways they could optimize these pathways and create a cohesive foundation of trust, capability, accountability, and purpose. This led to more open dialogue with each other and a greater understanding of each other's point of view and intentions, as well as how these could be harnessed in service of the team's larger vision.
