Kathy was ready for a change. She was feeling overlooked and under-appreciated in her job, disengaged from friendships, and disconnected from her art. She had isolated herself on a number of levels and withdrawn from a variety of sources of enrichment in her life. Through working with her coach, Kathy dived deep into her value system and designed an action plan that enabled her to live out these values with tremendous success. She became very aware of the impact of deficit-thinking, particularly how it had sabotaged her confidence and motivation. She leaned into her strengths and shifted her mindset to a place of possibility and curiosity. She made decisions that aligned with her well-being and sense of purpose. She set boundaries in her relationships at work and spoke with more confidence and presence. She invited friends to her home for get-togethers. She began teaching art at an arts center. And she began working on her own art again, too. By working with her coach, Kathy completely turned around her life and is now thriving.

Shawn came to coaching very motivated for change. Specifically, he wanted to 1) take better care of himself physically and design a workout regimen and 2) reconnect with his creative self and start playing the piano and guitar again. By working with his coach, he achieved both. Shawn worked on optimizing his growth mindset, became aware of self-limiting thoughts and behaviors, and designed an action plan with specific steps geared towards his vision for success. He also worked with his coach on setting up a system of accountability. As a result, he created a morning exercise that saw him start his days with motivation and focus, began working out a minimum of three days a week, and dedicated himself to playing the piano by learning specific songs he had wanted to master for some time. Through coaching, Shawn created a plan of purposeful action. He tapped into parts of himself that had been dormant for some time. He connected to his best self and fullest potential.

Kristin had a bachelor's degree in advertising that she wasn't using. She had also gone to school for makeup artistry, but wasn't using that either. She had spent the last three years traveling and living on the other side of the globe when she returned back home and wanted to figure out what was next for her. She had always had been curious about dietary work, as well as living on the west coast. Through coaching, Kristin developed a plan that saw her do both. With her coach, she set up a sound system of capability and accountability—she focused on her strengths, organized a process through which she put together all of her academic credentials, and completed the necessary criteria for applying to graduate school. Soon after, Kristin was accepted to a graduate program in dietary medicine at a major university in California and consequently moved there. She became lead of a research team while attending school full-time and also began teaching yoga. Additionally, she reconnected with her makeup artistry and began working part-time with clients at a globally known personal care and beauty store. She made a host of new friends and quickly connected to her new home. By working with her coach, Kristin optimized her life in many different arenas and continues to thrive as a result.
